At Synaxis Consulting, I’ve had the privilege of guiding our people through every step of their journey with us. From the first day of onboarding to their ongoing development, I’ve worked hard to ensure each employee feels supported and valued. Implementing new payroll and HR systems was a huge project, but seeing the positive impact it had—like making onboarding much quicker—was incredibly rewarding. I’m also really proud of the benefits program we designed, leading to increased enrollment, helping our team feel more secure and appreciated. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, especially with Microsoft, has been another key focus, and it’s been amazing to see those partnerships grow. Being one of five leaders at Synaxis, I’m deeply committed to making our workplace a better, more innovative space for everyone.

In my role as People Solutions Evangelist, my goal was always to create a workplace where everyone felt connected and heard. Reintroducing our internal newsletter was a personal project that led increased engagement—it was all about celebrating our people and keeping everyone in the loop. I also played a big role in shaping our growth by managing Statements of Work. But what I’m most proud of is the onboarding program I helped shape. It wasn’t just about getting people started; it was about making sure they felt welcomed and ready to succeed from day one. Helping our company become an employer of choice was truly fulfilling, knowing that our team felt proud to be a part of something special.

My time at Entercom Communications was all about connecting with people and helping local businesses grow. Making those 40+ calls every day was an opportunity to build relationships and truly understand what each client needed. I collaborated closely with our creative team to make sure every campaign resonated with our client’s vision, and it was satisfying to see those efforts pay off. Winning a competitive sales competition and earning a full-time position was a highlight, but the real reward was seeing our clients succeed and knowing I played a part in that.

As a Film Coordinator at Janet Wainwright Public Relations, I found immense joy in bringing movie screenings to life for audiences across Seattle. Coordinating these events, ensuring every detail was perfect, and seeing the excitement on people’s faces was incredibly fulfilling. Working with major movie studios and building trust with them to promote their films was a big responsibility, but one I took to heart. I also loved mentoring interns, guiding them through their tasks, and watching them grow. It was all about creating memorable experiences and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment.
