As an Online Content Moderator at Uniguide, I manage social media moderation for one of their largest clients, a leading international donor organization within the nonprofit sector. I work three evenings a week, including weekends and holidays, to ensure a safe and engaging digital environment.

My focus is on driving efficiency and improvements within the company’s core processes to ensure long-term success.

As a member of Hellströms Förvaltning’s advisory board, I play a crucial role in contributing my expertise in sustainable development. Through strategic advice and active participation, I assist the company in implementing sustainable initiatives that promote sustainable development and responsibility by identifying opportunities, providing strategic guidance, and developing a sustainability framework. My work aims to ensure that sustainability is integrated into all parts of the business, strengthening our position as a leader in sustainable property management.

After carrying out several stakeholder analyses and designing a sustainability strategy, I planned and implemented sustainability solutions in Hellström Förvaltning's properties and in their office. The greatest focus was placed on project management of the company's large food waste project.

As a WeCare Ambassador, I was responsible for Clarion Hotel Wisby's work on Strawberry's WeCare 2030 Sustainability Strategy. In line with the UN's global goals, I have planned, implemented, and followed up on this year's sustainability initiatives at the hotel. In a role that has endless opportunities but limited time, my goal with the work has been to engage staff and guests to work for Agenda2030. During my time as the WeCare ambassador of Clarion Hotel Wisby, I have collaborated with, among others, RFSU Gotland, The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation Gotland, and Visby Stadsmission.

In October 2022 a communications position was created for me at Clarion Hotel Wisby, after a summer of sporadic communications assignments within my original post. The position made me a web editor of the company's website in EpiServer and responsible for the hotel's internal and external communication. When a marketing coordinator was later appointed, we designed a clearer communication strategy to lift the hotel's visitor numbers both digitally and physically.

As an inhouse sales agent, I was part of a team of in-house salespeople who sold and administered group bookings, conferences, and events at the hotel.

During my internship at ICLD, I was the organization's communicator's right-hand woman. Tasks that were delegated to me included writing articles, developing and maintaining parts of the organization's WordPress website, being responsible for Instagram and Facebook, as well as project managing the communication for ICLD's research conference "Local Democracy Academy".

Som assisterande butikschef på Nilson Shoes var jag ansvarig för att stödja butikschefen i den dagliga driften av butiken. Mina uppgifter inkluderade personalledning, lagerhantering och att säkerställa en hög kundservice. Jag bidrog också till att uppnå försäljningsmål och genomföra marknadsföringskampanjer.

Som varumärkesambassadör för Vagabond Shoemakers deltog jag vid marknadsföringsevenemang, samt representerade märket och dess produkter i butik genom att ansvara för marknadsföring, att stärka kundrelationer och främja Vagabonds varumärkeskännedom.

Som säljare på Nilson Shoes var jag ansvarig för att ge utmärkt kundservice. Jag arbetade aktivt med att nå och överträffa försäljningsmål, samt bidra till butikens visuella merchandising och lagerhantering.

Genom att delta i olika kampanjer och evenemang, samt genom direktkontakt med allmänheten, förmedlade jag Hjärnfondens budskap och inspirerade människor att stödja en viktig sak. Mitt engagemang och min kommunikationsförmåga bidrog till framgångsrika insamlingsresultat och ökad synlighet.
