Recent projects include: - Working with a charity to implement a new system for grant making, including a significant data migration project, and then working closely with the supplier to tailor the system to meet new requirements. - Providing analysis and technical assistance with the data migration of an HR system for an international development charity. - Working with a nationwide charity to review their system development strategy and to provide advice and project management for system improvements at head office and across their associated branches.- Working with an investment management company to prepare data for moving back and middle office to an outsourced system- A successful major data migration project for a stockbroking firm in Dublin to outsource its back office. This involved working closely with the client and incoming and outgoing suppliers to analyse, prepare, transform and migrate the data. It also involved help with training, testing and reporting (business and techincal) requirements.- Working with a stockbroker in Bristol to help them clean their existing data and prepare for a new portfolio management system- Advising on and implementing a strategy to improve the production capabilities of a small software company bought by a stockbroking firm. This included introducing systems and procedures, building team and organising recruitment.

Sold Synchronicity Ltd to ABS in 2001. Employed as a consultant for the Synchronicity broking and syndicated lending products.

Director of Synchronicity Ltd and responsible for project management, business analysis, data migration, data cleansing, systems implementation, project liaison, customer services and sales. Helped set up the company to deliver software applications, development services and consultancy to the banking and broking industry. Developed and implemented Synchronicity's settlement system, syndicated lending system and financial messaging hub. Ultimately in charge of all aspects of running the company.
