I am currently working as a Graphic Designer for Comms365 Ltd who are a Network Solutions Company, providing internet to the B2B market. Since joining the team, I have maintained the corporate brand across the business both internally and externally on projects including rebranding the online customer management portal, refreshing the look and feel of the company website, updating corporate stationary and redeveloping the corporate literature and PowerPoint presentations. I have also designed and printed labels for the routers that Comms365 sell. I have also been on a training course for Adobe After Effects and can now produce video for corporate and social media use. I have successfully created some short demo videos as well as creating a video that is currently hosted on the homepage of the website. I am responsible for managing all of the imagery and photography used across the company including producing photographs of the product catalogue. I also regularly edit the content on the website which is hosted by WordPress and create email campaigns using Mail Chimp.

I was a Marketing Executive for a small company that sells Excavator Buckets and Attachments to the UK and Europe. It was a varied role that covered all aspects of marketing including data management, customer communication and writing press releases. I maintained the SEO Accounts, social media platforms and various company websites as well as sourcing merchandise and organising exhibitions and email campaigns. My graphic design responsibilities included producing product and company literature, adverts, promotional material and content for both social media and websites. All projects and campaigns were created through Adobe Creative suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

As the Marketing Coordinator I carried out graphic design work for projects using Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark and InDesign. These included visual display stands for exhibitions, merchandise, product and corporate brochures, adverts and direct mail literature. Previous to the company’s corporate identity change I was responsible for producing logos and maintaining the company’s brand. Key responsibilities included writing press releases, producing text for articles, maintaining the Navision CRM database, raising purchase orders, organising and distributing direct mail and email campaigns. I liaised with trade journals and websites and edited the company websites product information, images and news articles. I also managed and maintained the companies Google accounts for search engine optimisation. Additionally, I used social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook to communicate with relevant communities, existing and new customers. I used the internal CMS system to update the website and an email platform called Dotmailer to create and send out emails to our customer database.
