As a Customer Service Representative, I am here to meet the needs of all pilots, crew, and passengers that enter our FBO. I manage reservations, fuel orders and perform all office duties. I communicate the needs of pilots and crew to the line, as well as the needs of their passengers. Requests range from taxi's and rental cars to reserving hotel rooms and dinner plans. As a lifeguard manager, I make sure everyone is safe and happy at the pool. I run rotation, make sure the right pools are opening and closing, know what groups are coming in, set up for meets, change lane lines, and check chemicals. This is my third year working for UGA Rec Sports, and my first year as a manager.

Shimon Presents runs the Work Exchange Team, which organizes volunteers at music festivals around the country. They also run Street Shimon, which promotes festivals, shows, and events nationwide. During the past summer, I traveled with the company running the Work Exchange Team (WET) and went to Coachella, Stagecoach, The Hangout, Wakarusa, Bonnaroo, Nateva, and All Good.

Through the music business program, I am currently an extern at Team Clermont, a PR and Radio promotion company. I have regular intern duties and work with the press department to contact press outlets about the bands that are currently touring and working with the company

At the bayou club, I drove around to the golfers and served them drinks and snacks. I was responsible for picking up the cart, taking inventory, getting food, and keeping everyone happy on the course. I was also responsible for ringing up all totals at the end of the day and restocking the cart for the next day. I also assisted the golf pros and event coordinators when there were golf tournaments.

As a lifeguard and water safety instructor for the City of St. Petersburg, I am primarily responsible for keeping the patrons of the pool healthy and safe. I also teach swim lessons at the city pool and provide private lessons. I keep the appearance of the pool clean and provide a welcoming environment for the people of St. Petersburg. I worked in May 2008 through August 2008 as well, and will be working again from May 2009 through August 2009.
