The program's objective-setting process enhances the performance of technical founders who learn from the insights of experienced entrepreneurs, increasing their probability of success. Founded in 2012 by Professor Ajay Agrawal at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, the program has now expanded with locations in Oxford, Paris (HEC), Atlanta (GeorgiaTech), Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary and Halifax in addition to Toronto. 2020 CDL workstreams include AI, AgTech, Blockchain, Climate, Energy, LifeSciences, MedTech, Smart Cities, Robotics, and the world's first Space & Quantum computing cohorts. Since its inception, companies that have participated in the CDL program have created more than $5.8 billion (CAD) in equity value. CDL alumni include North (Waterloo), Atomwise (San Francisco), Kyndi (Palo Alto), Xanadu (Toronto), BenchSci (Toronto), Kheiron Medical (London), and Roadbotics (Pittsburgh).CDL-Paris operates in partnership with HEC Paris, located in the French capital; a centre of entrepreneurship in Europe and world-renowned breeding ground for scientific and technological research. Furthered investment opportunities for Europe's startups and scaleups through the Investors Forum bringing Europe's top investors under one umbrella and informed key policy initiatives such as the Credit Markets Union.Brokered educational opportunities for both startups and corporates through Mind The Bridge's Startup School, Angel investor school and initiatives such as Startup Europe Partnership.Helped turn Europe's startups into scale-ups.

In charge of the conceptualisation and operationalisation of the Creative School Lab project, one of the flagship initiatives of the Creative Wallonia programme, a major public policy programme aiming to make the Wallonian territory and its people more creative and innovative. The « Creative School Lab » project aims to establish creativity laboratories within teacher training institutes in Wallonia. The aim of the project is to support the integration of training in creative thinking into the initial training of future teachers who will work in preschool, primary and lower secondary education.

In charge of leading the overall development and coordination of EU-funded projects and multi-stakeholder partnerships in the field of education and ICT, partnering with leading tech companies such as Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Samsung, Nokia, etc.Also responsible for the overall project management of the EU's e-Skills Week 2012 campaign across 30+ countries and of U4energy, the first pan-European school competition on energy efficiency in 30+ countries.

In charge of the coordination of a multi-stakeholder venture to serve as new business model for European Schoolnet and of all corporate-funded projects on eSafety-related issues in partnership with Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Vivendi, Deutsche Telekom, Telefonica, Vodafone, Liberty Global, etc.

In charge of identifying new funding opportunities and partnerships upstream and managing multi-country and multi-stakeholder social research surveys in 30+ countries downstream once the funding had been secured. Surveys included the Eurobarometer (€40 million contract), the European Working Conditions Survey, the European Survey of Language Competences, the Balkan Monitor, the Survey of Jewish Leaders and Opinion-formers, and the Gallup World Poll which involved Nobel prize laureate and Gallup's Chief Scientist Daniel Kahneman.

In charge of the A-Z organisation of roundtables, conferences and summits on a variety of European issues e.g. Sarkozy's introduction of his "mini-traité" for Europe in September 2006, Policy Summit with Balkan Heads of State in December 2006, etc.All debates and conferences involved the development of a policy publication immediately after the event which I coordinated.

In charge of supporting the Executive Director (voted as an outstanding ‘Young Global Leader’ by the World Economic Forum in 2010 and nowadays Europe Lead for Accenture Strategy & Global Sustainability Lead) across the overall management and development of EABIS (at the time, it was the *European* Academy of Business in Society) as well as of the project management of the EABIS 2005 Colloquium in Warsaw.This involved a substantial amount of coordination with EABIS' founding corporate (Microsoft, IBM, Shell, Unilever, Johnson and Johnson) and academic partners (INSEAD, London Business School, ESADE, etc.).

In charge of completing a gap analysis on demand and supply of business support organisations to SMEs in Romania and on e-solutions for business and microfinance strategies.Two reports I led/contributed to were subsequently published: Romania, Report on Technical Cooperation Activities, International Trade Centre (WTO/UNCTAD), 2005, Geneva and Addressing the Digital Divide, International Trade Centre (WTO/UNCTAD), 2005, Geneva.

In charge of running debating classes and seminars in French and in English to Ministers (including former Prime Minister Mari Kiviniemi, former Finance Minister Jouko Skinnari and former Foreign Trade Minister Kimmo Sasi), MPs and senior policy-makers.
