I was Managing Director of IXC UK Ltd. from 2009 to 2018 when I stepped back into semi-retirement and took on the role of non-executive Director. This year, 2024, I am winding down to retire fully and enjoy new pastures in Spain and the challenge of mastering a third language.IXC is a specialist innovation consultancy with a successful 18-year track record. I am a seasoned and experienced senior professional with extensive network contacts in both commercial business and the public sector. I have an innovative and entrepreneurial record in developing vision, appraising strategy and executing robust and realistic action plans that deliver organisational change and growth. IXC UK Ltd is a key exemplar of my entrepreneurial track record. This is complemented by extensive experience in managing large groups of professional and clerical staff and significant financial acumen to effectively manage annual budgets exceeding £3 million, along with my Non-Executive Board member role with South Staffordshire Housing Association until February 2016.Specialities: Partnership building and collaboration, Negotiation, IP management, Employment law, managing talented staff and staff developmentOutside of work, I am a keen Rugby Union follower and was a long-standing season ticket holder at Worcester Warriors until the club went into administration in 2022.
