However, essentially the basic ideas still apply regardless of what tools we are using. It boils down to delivering a good product and provide exceptional service. Of course the trick to “Discoverability” is to find and addressing the right target market. All marketing tools; professional and good looking corporate identity; printed materials; a good phone script; well designed websites/email campaigns with clear and simple messages; social media; and most importantly a strong marketing plan need to be addressed.
