- Project Manager for several projects related to financial transformation (Team Leader of 2 to 4 resources)- IFRS 17 Implementation: PMO Leader of the IFRS 17 Program for a large French Bancassurance with lead on the Life business line and supervising PMO team for Group, Non-Life and International hubs: o Coordinate various topics on the Program agenda, ensure coordination between all business lines and preparation of key Stakeholder documents, change management and program communication.- Implementation of Solvency II Projects – Pillar 3 of Solvency II Directive: o Assist Solvency II narrative reporting production: functional assistance to the production of narrative reporting (RSR / SFCR), assure regulatory compliance and timely delivery of reports, benchmark of SFCR reports based on principal market players. o Conduct PMO at group level to produce solo and group narrative reporting SII (Consolidation and coordination of Group Report, Review and coordination of reports on entity level, ensure compliance with disclosure regulation).- Project Manager for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation for an international Reinsurer: o Coordinate RPA projects for the Consolidation Team, perform end-to-end process assessment for the Finance and IT Department, analysis of potential RPA business cases and definition of potential implementation planning.- Internal development: o In charge of Finance & Risk Management financial follow-up: opportunities / pipe / annual landing follow-up, definition of yearly BP for Accenture Finance & Risk Insurance France and BeNeLux. o Recruitment of consulting and production support resources. o Preparation and presentation of new project proposals for potential clients.

- Implementing pillar 1 and 3 of Solvency II Directives for a large French Bancassurance – functional and technical development- Implemented Solvency II Quantitative Report Templates (QRT) on Group and entity level, formalizing detailed functional specifications on the QRT implementation for the reporting tools, coordination of the implementation project on entity level: action plan monitoring, training, implementation supervision and testing, assistance during annual and quarterly QRT production.

- Internal development of Solvency 2 reporting tool: Contribution to the development of quantitative reporting tool for pillar 1 (Solvency Capital Requirement calculation – Standard Formula) and pillar 3 (Quantitative reporting Requirements – QRT solo and Group) – functional and technical development of reporting tool- Development of statutory reporting tool (project locations: France, Spain and Portugal) – implementation of functional requirements of French statutory reporting
