I am currently responsible for Peter Millar's Large Speciality Retail (LSR) and Off-Price accounts. These are our large department store customers that maintain a balance over $1M. I collaborate with our LSR team to resolve disputes and chargebacks. I maintain notes on the status of each account that I report to our Director of Credit, VP of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer on a monthly basis. I am responsible for these customers cash application by applying and reconciling wire/ACH and check payments. Separately I produce the invoices for our brick and mortar stores. This includes collaborating with our Accounts Payable team and the Director of Credit to reclassify the transactions that our brick and mortar stores are responsible for.

G/Fore is a mens luxury golf apparel company that is known for their bold colors and customizations. They were purchased by Peter Millar in 2018, but they operate as a separate company. As the G/Fore Accounts Receivable Specialist, I was responsible for all open ledgers items for this company's customers. In doing so, I managed the ledger of our web platform that averaged a biweekly balance over 1M dollars. I also oversaw more than 2,500 wholesale accounts in which I coordinated and researched disputes with the customer service team, sales representatives, and clients. I was responsible for collecting on all past due balances via phone or email and from there determining whether a balance should be absorbed or sent to third party collections. I processed all cash by posting and applying wire/ACH, check, and credit card payments for all wholesale and web customers.

Peter Millar is a men’s luxury apparel company. As the sole credit and collection specialist I managed a growing list of more than 3,500 accounts by resolving customers questions regarding invoices, credits, payments, statements, and reconciliations. I was responsible for collecting on all past due balances via phone or email and maintaining knowledge of the accounts to make suggestions about when a balance should be absorbed or sent to third party collections. Over the year I collected more than 1M in past due balances and created a major reduction in our overall accounts receivable balance. This included improving our average days sales outstanding (DSO). I was in charge of our daily order report that was sent to the entire company. This report determined what customers were able to receive product based on the status of their account. I also assisted in the cash application process by batching and applying wire/ACH, check, and credit card payments.

In my role as a Supplier Relationship Management Billing Agent, I collected on the top 200 vendor accounts each month via phone and email. These suppliers ranged from small businesses to large corporations. I managed customer relationships by responding to customer queries and researching and resolving complex issues to create win-win solutions out of conflict.
