Trained and current UK and International Responder- Train responders in medical first response for Uk and and international operations - Develop medical training for the responder base - Deployed on a number of tasks in the UK- Recent international deployments to Ukraine to deliver resilience training to partner charities

Provision of specialist security consultancy in primarily kidnap prevention and travel risk management. This included policy and procedure creation, development and face to face personal security training.

Global travel security management for a large engineering consultancy. Including the implementation of a new travel risk management platform post-merger, for approximately 8000 travelers per month. Management of a team of intelligence analysts including the development of a corporate risk management methodology specific to AFW operations. Provision of training and travel risk awareness to employees traveling to high-risk environments. Reporting to the Director of Global Security.

Initially employed in the commercial department managing multimillion pound bids for protective security services, primarily in the Middle East and Africa. I moved to the operations department, primarily managing contracts and pathfinder services in Iraq. Managed and had oversight of the operational risk register. Worked with the risk director to ensure travel security of staff head office traveling to projects. A portion of my time was set aside to manage The Aegis Foundation, the charitable arm, delivering projects and local engagement in our areas of operation.

Starting on the company’s inception I carried out strategic planning and coordination of Global Medical and Political evacuations and projects (often high risk/hostile environments). Including, Identifying, assessing, and carrying out due diligence on local in-country service providers for mobilisation in evacuations. Due the size of the company at the time I provided management of outsourced IT, Communications, and finance services. Maintaining full operational capability of the office and 24/4 Operations Room.

Op Herrick 10• Second in Command of the Primary Health Care and Trauma Centre in a busy Forward Operation Base in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, caring for approx 400 personnel both military and civilian• Planning for major incidents, mass casualty situations encompassing security and medical assets• Liaison with Special Branch and other Government departments with regards to medical evacuation procedures and incident response of VIP and high profile visitors • Treating British Army personnel and Local Nationals in bothprimary health care and trauma settings• Patrol and Quick Reaction Force medical support foroperations including female search role• Working in remote and hostile environments with limited immediate medical support• Training of medical personnel and progressive training oftroops throughout the tour in Emergency First Aid• Surveillance and Pattern of Life monitoring
