With over 13 years of sales, graphic design, event design, & marketing experience have guided me to really be an asset to any company; specifically, one that is looking for some who understands the psychology of the sales process & can combine that with an innovative & highly creative strategy resulting in content creation. Branding, graphic design, website design, & curating the user’s experiences are all key skills that have contributed to my success in all of my previous endeavors. Currently, as the Co-Owner & Head of Marketing & Sales of a boutique vacation rental property management business, I am proud to say my skills have created a company that is revered as the standout in a new market. Here are a few examples of my work:-Developed a successful Wedding & Event Design business from a “business divorce” where the competing partner took the brand name & recognition. The new company I created not only sold triple the number of events they had previously done year over year but expanded into different markets outside of just weddings to become more profitable. This was done by curating a sales experience & showroom, advertising to the sales funnel, creating & relationship-based marketing strategy, designing materials, becoming a published resource in the industry, creating a social media presence, as well as a website. In addition, my creative skills in designing the events made this company stand out with several awards to show for it. -Partnered with an individual who was renting out eight homes by only using third-party online travel agency websites, cutting into their profitability & making their success contingent on the success of the sites they advertised on. I was able to guide the previous manager of the rentals to partner up & brand the service into a company by creating a name, logo, website, marketing materials, & tailoring operation procedures to create an amazing user experience. This took the company from managing 8 houses to managing a total of 44 houses & thousands of guests over the course of five yrs. I created a Guest Services & concierge side of the business to curate experiences for the guests after they had booked. This upsell not only generated more money for the company but was a key factor in creating brand loyalty.
