Core to this role was the strategic direction, coordination and ownership of marketing communication campaigns across all sales channels, platforms and sectors including B2B, B2C and SME. Designed and delivered the strategic development, implementation and management of a number of marketing and business development initiatives and events, ranging from conferences, in-house events, flagship business events too high profile hospitality events. Gatekeeper for promoting and driving forward the branding of DHL Express’ corporate image both internally and externally. Finally and key to the brand of DHL Express, I spearheaded, managed and delivered a consistent media and public relations programme. Show less
