She has worked with Fortune 100s as well as startups, and understands what is needed to drive change at any organization - it starts with people, the right strategy, and specific measures to get there. Then the fun begins! Caroline works with the team to set up processes for growth, learn quickly, and develop the right marketing campaigns to drive success. She is known for being a big picture thinker, a team player, and she can easily adapt to changing environments and needs.
