The EHL Career Club is a student committee of École Hôtelière de Lausanne who aim to link the student body to the industry thought events. We organize conferences, workshops, company visits and trips abroad. During those events we meet industry leaders and recruiters strengthen our students ' network and introduce them to their future career. 15 networking events / yearMy mission as President is to lead a team of 30 students, divided into 7 department and manage a yearly budget of 15 000 CHF. In collaboration with the Alumni & Industry Relations department of EHL, I assure the professional communication and the relations with our partners and companies. I supervise the events organization, advise my team and make sure the committee answers the student body demands.

Support the president, management and coordination of the 7 departments and 25 members. 15 networking events / year.

The Fete Finale is a committee of École Hôtelière de Lausanne in charge of the events for students, the graduation Gala Diner and the after-party. As Food and Beverage Manager, I supervise 3 departments and manage a budget of 45 000 CHF- Banqueting : In charge of the Gala Diner organization (Contact supplier, choose the furniture, coordinate with the show team to prepare the diner, lead set up, the service and the clean up with the waiters)- Kitchen : 5 courses Gala Diner menu cooking (In collaboration with a catering professional, contact supplier to create a kitchen for the event, lead the cookers and assure a gastronomic service)- Bar : In charge of the bar organization during each events and during the Graduation after-party (Control the stock, train the barmaid, in contact with sponsors, lead the set up, service and lean up)Added, I am implementing once a month Sunday Brunch for students.As F&B Manager, I have some Human Resources tasks as the recruitment of the 10 assistants and the 70 waiter and barmaid volunteers + create planning of the team for the Graduation event

In charge of the VIPs, sponsors and artists. Conciergerie services, prepare their stay, follow up during the festival. Organizing after concert and diners for the « Amis du Festival » . Manage the VIP stand

In charge of VIP and loyal guests (between 10 and 50 VIP and special members every week, 2 networking events to organise each week, conciergerie service) + front desk agent (200 check in and 200 check out in average everyday)

Restaurant's 1st year opening , VIP hostess, barmaid, cash register, stock control (until 600 guests by day)
