As a Business Analyst my involvements included: the full lifecycle management of projects; leading kick off meetings; producing project plans using MS Project and project status reports; identifying improvements to streamline the development lifecycle; acting as the sole Business Analyst and Project Manager on a project to develop a Case Management System (CMS) for the Probate department; managing, co-ordinating and supervising a CMS scanning solution in various geographical locations; investigating billing issues experienced by the Professional Regulatory department (the most complex billing system in Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons) and presenting my findings to the management team resulting in the resolution of issues.
