For more than 10 years, I have navigated clients through the myriad of issues impacting the ever-changing financial services industry, and currently serve as co-chair of the business department and the finance and real estate practice group. I focus my practice on public finance and all aspects of sophisticated secured and unsecured financing, including construction and real estate loans, acquisition financing and asset-based financing. I regularly represent clients as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel related to tax-exempt financing for 501(c)(3) entities, governmental units and other entities. My practice involves structuring and completing project financings for the construction of major infrastructure improvements for nonprofit institutions. I also represent clients with respect to restructuring projects involving multinational enterprises and post-acquisition integration.I am currently serving on Stradley Ronon’s board of directors and on the firm’s Hiring Committee. Outside of the firm, I serve on the Pan American Academy Charter School’s board of directors, whose mission is to prepare bilingual, internationally minded inquirers who learn and contribute to the community through service and action.
