• Wrote a series of blogs about type one diabetes from a college student’s perspective for the DiabetesSisters website. • Blogs included lifestyle and mental health tips for fellow diabetics as well as “etiquette” guidelines for non-diabetics. • My goal in writing these blogs was to add my personal perspective to the collection of amazing bloggers and influencers who speak on diabetes-related issues. I hope that my words, in some small way, shifted the stigma around diabetes and mental health among those who read my blogs.
