Accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of a wide variety of hands on experience in HR, payroll and benefit administration. Specializing in Benefits Management (ACA, medical, dental, ADA, STD, LTD, FMLA, Workers compensation, FSA, COBRA, 401(k) administration), client/ vendor relationships, compensation, employee relations, HRIS management, policy/ process development, and payroll processing. Over the past 15 years it has been my passion to have received continuous cross training experience with HR processes, employee relations, benefit management (domestic and International), HRIS administration and management, HRIS implementation, leave administration, and payroll processing. My robust experience has been utilizing mostly ADP HRIS systems (ADP Benefits Expert, ADP reportsmith, ADP PCPW, ADP Pay Force, ADP HRA, ADP HRB,ADP Pay Expert,-Enterprise, E-Time TLM, WFN). But I have had the opportunity to work implementing and administering other HRIS systems such as Peoplesoft, ORACLE, HR Pyramid Halogen Performance appraisal system. It is my professional and personal expectation to povide excellent customer service with a strong attention for detail and a passion to be successful in any HR environment.
