CurrentCFA brought me on to create a brand-new online professional learning product portfolio from scratch. I defined key metrics, dove into data analytics to truly understand learner engagement, and applied that insight to make learning stick. I worked with Agile methodologies as a mindset, continuously refining the approach to stay efficient and adaptable. I scaled the team, leading four full-time direct reports, and brought in full-time contractors whenever extra hands were needed, always balancing the human element with project demands.Seeing that the core CFA program needed more offerings for its users, I spearheaded a transformative initiative to diversify CFA's offerings, launching six new certificate programs—each packed with five to six-course modules—and breathed new life into our product line. The result was over $15.2M in revenue for FY'24.I also integrated Generative AI practices into the ADDIE cycle because it made workflow smarter and more efficient, saving $60K in production costs. Throughout, I leveraged technology and teamwork to craft exceptional learning experiences and synchronize operations. By influencing timelines and resourcing across different time zones, cultivating alignment, and collaborating globally, I brought everyone onto the same page, no matter where they were.
