My role provided senior programme, financial and stakeholder management capabilities to the Chief Executive and Commission of English Heritage as well as to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. In January 2014 I successfully led the Department and English Heritage through a Gate 0 Strategic Assessment Review by the Major Projects Authority. The programme was delivered on time, and within cost and quality criteria. -

Appropriate review points within the programme lifecycle ensured progress was to plan and a comprehensive approach to risk and issues management ensured threats were minimised and opportunities maximised.
