As a Business Strategy & Planning Director on the Chief of Staff team, I support the Chief Financial Office through efforts related to talent acquisition, employee onboarding, communications, training and development, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Senior campus recruiter responsible for identifying, assessing, and onboarding top talent into the Associate Product Management (APM) program as well as the Design & User Research internship program under the Product organization.During this time, I implemented processes and trainings related to digital interviews. Further, I developed a data-driven approach to determining the program's school and events strategy in addition to also measuring success across all programs (deep dive into acceptance rates, conversions, school success, etc.).

My role during this time consisted of being the Campus Recruiter for the Human Resources Development Program (HRDP), which focused on identifying and assessing top talent who would be future HR leaders within the organization. In addition to my oversight of the HRDP recruiting efforts, I served as the Staff Support Campus Recruiting Lead, where I supported my teammates to develop and determine their strategies as well as represented our broader team to ensure our strategy was being executed and communicated appropriately to enhance our team's individual strategies. Further, I had oversight of our team's data management and reporting for senior leaders and stakeholders.During this time, I also served as the Program Manager for both the full-time HR Development Program (HRDP) and the Global Procurement Management Analyst Program (GPMAP). As a program manager, I had oversight over the 2-year rotational programs and focused on providing a well-rounded experience for employees to jumpstart their careers within the bank.

As the campus recruiter for the Global Risk Development Program (GRDP), I focused on refreshing and enhancing the team's overall strategy. This included re-evaluating the list of core schools, providing top-down oversight and accountability for school teams and intern conversions, and a more consistent and targeted approach to assessing and evaluating talent.
