During the summer months of 2023, I managed a group of 100 students during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in Cannes, France. Serving as program assistant, I demonstrated a profound aptitude for orchestrating and overseeing exceptional global experiences. This opportunity underscored my ability to curate and deliver impactful moments on an international scale.During the festival, my responsibilities transcended traditional event coordination. I engaged with world-renowned Advertising Agencies to gain valuable insights into how international brands cultivate winning creative strategies. My role required close collaboration with these agencies to ensure that our students gained unparalleled exposure to the forefront of creative excellence in the wake of the digital age. This entailed coordinating networking opportunities that enabled our students to delve into the nuances of global advertising trends and strategies. This involved coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and addressing any unexpected challenges that arose, all while facilitating a seamless experience for the diverse group of students in attendance.My experience in Cannes allowed me to cultivate relationships with both students and advertising professionals from around the world. By immersing myself in the festival's atmosphere and actively engaging, I expanded my global network and honed my ability to deliver impactful experiences by learning from the experts around me. Furthermore, my role at Cannes included collaborating with international brands and agencies to extract insights that extended beyond the event itself. I am excited about the prospect of leveraging my international event management expertise to contribute to delivering unparalleled commercial experiences that captivate audiences worldwide.
