Provide technical and legal support to the Director and Deputy Director of the Legal Department in the tasks assigned to the area: observations of regulations, laws and resolutions, drafting and review of communications regarding Family Health Insurance and Occupational Risk Insurance.

Assist the person in charge of the Department in coordinating compliance with the follow-up and method of handling complaints and claims are received and dealt with in accordance with the approved regulations on Social Security matters. Supervise and coordinate the daily planning in the work of the personnel of the area for the management of the orientations. Assistance with complaints, claims and complaints received for the purposes of follow-up procedures and responses before the competent entities in Social Security matters.Participation in courses, workshops, talks, Radio and Television programs to guide the population on Social Security. Write and correct proposals for special communications, comments on resolutions and regulations related to Social Security.
