Utilising my marketing, health and consumer centric experience, I project managed the development of the Ingeneous DNA product offering and digital platform. Ingeneous is a health-tech startup, offering genetic analysis and reports for wellness.Four months after going to market we secured an exclusive contract with Green Cross Health to retail Ingeneous DNA into selected Unichem and Life Pharmacies. We expanded the network to include integrated health practitioners and their customers, with September 2022 resulting in our biggest month for sales.

I was brought on to support the marketing team with growth post the initial Covid-19 lockdown. Key responsibilities included: - Coordination of a successful tourism and transport focused pitch to Auckland Transport for a heritage site on the Auckland downtown waterfront. - Led and executed a business review and reposition of Fullers Media which consists of digital screens on their vessels. This included market benchmarking, rates analysis including ratecard refresh, relaunch of the media business & inbound sales.- Execution of marketing elements required to switch key tourism and transport ferry routes back on and advertising seasonal promotions through multiple channels with a digital focus.

My portfolio included a wide range of brands such as, Canon, realestate.co.nz, Spring Sheep Milk Co. (Toddler Formula), Nando’s, Yates NZ and AU, 1Cover Insurance through to FMCG coffee products such as Moccona, L’OR and Jed's.I ran effective and memorable campaigns, from launching products and running retail promotions, to ambitious and challenging production TVC led briefs.

Working on the Pfizer New Zealand and Australia accounts gave me excellent experience in taking on complex opportunities, distilling and crafting smart marketing communications which resonated with our audience. Highlights included: - Development of a sophisticated (for its time!) digital platform which linked haemophilia patients and healthcare professionals to enable real time monitoring and reports. The program was a finalist in the Innovation Awards 2012 and received a Pfizer Human Health 2011 global award for commercial excellence and innovation. - Launch of Pfizer's new Viagra, Avigra. With the infamous Viagra coming off patent early in NZ, we were tasked with creating a world first for Pfizer. Our campaign resulted in retention of over 70% of unit share, along with 4 TVNZ Marketing Awards, a Bronze for Customer Retention at the NZDM Awards and at the Pharmacy Awards - Supplier of the Year - Best Marketing Campaign.- The messaging and resonance from our Safekids NZ Booster Seat Campaign resulted in a submission for law change to make it mandatory for children under 148cm to be in a booster seat.
