I love my job, the people I work with and the wide variety of clients from global companies to high growth start-ups.I like to help clients define, find or rejuvenate their channels to their markets, their value propositions and to overcome their business challenges by applying pragmatic strategies and execution to get the success they deserve. Seeing them go on to achieve high growth and great results is a huge motivator for me. I have a particular passion for ISV's or services organisations that are looking to build IP or drive repeatable propositions to market.My style is very pragmatic - I don’t believe in messing about. I like to consider the options, overcome challenges and make the decisions to make things change. Working with a client is about helping them on the journey to the outcome they want, not just about taking a journey. My advice is born from experience that gets results, not just theories!Really enjoy facilitating live sessions, classes and standing in front of people in a workshop – for me it is important to be a practitioner, to be hands on and to help.I am one of life’s focused, organised and multi-tasking people, but then I am a parent!
