Caroline Gebhardt is a body-based psychotherapist, Chi for Two® embodiment coach, registered yoga teacher, and Registered Somatic Movement Educator/Therapist with ISMETA . She offers psychotherapy and embodiment coaching to adults, teens, couples and families at Harbor of Dreams Art, an expressive arts counseling practice, in Atlanta, GA. While specializing in disordered eating healing and maternal and paternal mental health journeys, she draws upon a blend of somatic and cognitive therapies from an attachment-based, trauma-sensitive and polyvagal-informed framework. Caroline is a Nationally Certified Counselor, completed her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Georgia State University and her internship at the Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders. She has presented at the Southeastern Eating Disorders conference (August ’17), the International Association for Eating Disorders Professionals symposium (March ’18), the Renfrew Conference (November '21) as well as several LPCAGA continuing education workshops teaching body-based techniques informed by nervous system science and developmental movement. Caroline practices from a Healthy at Every Size® approach, and has training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International. As a movement educator for 20+ years and a mother of three, Caroline created M-Bodied: Mindful Movement as Mothering Medicine®️as a Chi for Two® focus to help deeply nourish and mother oneself.
