Using member feedback, developed strategic plan for the CASB website to improve navigation and content, resulting in new dropdown menus, homepage slideshow and new webpages. Managed content, appearance and effectiveness of the CASB website. Wrote, edited, proofread, maintained and coordinated site content and built graphics for the site. Worked with every CASB department and graphic designer to publish the 100-page 2011 CASB “Board Member Leadership Workbook” for membership. Planned marketing calendar and coordinated e-communications and written marketing materials for a variety of audiences for the 2011 CASB Convention, including the 112-page Convention Program. Wrote content for and coordinated production of a variety of conference brochures and event e-communications.
