  I am responsible for coordinating Seddon’s social value initiatives, delivering against significant social value and CSR objectives to connect Seddon with public, private or charitable sector organisations. I oversee the social value commitments that Seddon agree with partners on each construction contract. Working in line with national TOMS and the applicable framework agreements, I measure and report Seddon’s social value outcomes through the platform or portal relevant to each particular project.Coordinating Seddon’s national corporate fundraising activity, I oversee an extensive calendar of volunteer challenge events and community fundraising activity to deliver agreed fundraising income targets and growing staff engagement. I also organise and deliver internal and client events as well as representing Seddon with external partners and businesses and maintaining relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
