Just few months after its opening, Confine was awarded Italy's 11th and the world's 24th best pizza restaurant as well as new entry in the 50 Top Pizza 2023 raking. I work with Confine on brand strategy and implementation, communications and social media, editorial content and partnerships.

Together with a small team, I was instrumental in launching a successful delivery and takeout service and shortly after opening Bentoteca as a restaurant.I have taken part in creating a strong and recognizable brand, growing our social media presence (for example Instagram 20.000+ followers), welcoming over 7000+ guests in very few months of opening, and carrying out a successful long-distance delivery service during the various lock-down periods.My key responsibilities were:- Creation of website, digital guest experience, managing bookings- Day-to-day operations in the restaurant including wine service- Managing and growing our SoMe presence- Building and maintaining relationships with press, collaborators and guests

I was a key figure in the re-branding and reconstruction of the restaurant from November 2019 to February 2020 as well as responsible for press and communication in relations to its successful reopening on February 4.My areas of responsibilities were centered around digitizing internal processes, managing external projects, organizing special events, external and internal communication, key account management on all partnerships and collaborations; all contact with press and media.

As a student assistant in the Digital Marketing department, I was part of a team supporting the entire organisation. Daily operations consisted among other thing of content management of the website. I became strong in digital content management, team work and navigating in a large organisation. The team structure and my effort rewarded me with great responsibility and freedom. I learned to work across many disciplines in communication and to convey complex information. I was also instrumental in planning the first series of Grab'n Go events focusing on digital disruption.
