Losing my job and then losing two dear friends in quick succession left me really questioning what I was doing with my life.Overweight, single, unfulfilled and generally a lost soul, I went on journey of transformation. After much deep inner reflection, self-discovery & healing I have been able to drop all the masks I was hiding behind and expectations I felt weighed down by, find peace within and set out to fulfil as many of my dreams as possible in whatever time I am gifted in this life.I now support, guide & mentor others who have had cause to re-examine their life choices and help them find peace within themselves and consciously create a life in which their beautiful true authentic selves shine out.
