Managed the 2009 TechColumbus Innovation Awards, Central Ohio’s premier technology event. Efforts included marketing, nominations, judging, sponsorship, and registration. The event experienced a 40% growth in semi-finalists and a 15% increase in attendance. More than 1,100 professionals attended the gala, held on February 4, 2010.

As 2008 President, supervised all aspects of this home tour benefiting Riverside Methodist Hospital. Included leadership of 40 volunteers, event coordination & promotion, as well as new logo and website development.

Led a diverse team of clients and consultants in the development of call center business simulation for Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation.Successfully managed, on time and under budget, the development of instructor-led training, online help, and practice workbooks for Orange & Rockland Utilities and Southern Company. Designed and developed computer-based training courses, instructor-led training, job aids, reference guides, and practice activities for North Carolina’s Office of the State Controller and Department of Correction.
