CurrentProvide thought leadership while also leading the tactical execution of the marketing team.• Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training and managing all marketing functions to achieve objectives of sales growth, profitability, and visibility.- Create content for all marketing channels (email/social media & ebooks)- Write and produce webinars and video content. • Develop effective marketing campaigns, with particular emphasis on new clients, creating the marketing funnel, and delivering sales and sales growth against an aggressive revenue plan.• Manage the communication and development marketing calendar to deploy marketing campaign assets across multiple channels, including website, email, social media, direct mail, re-targeting, print, and other digital channels.• Work closely with the senior team to produce and manage a rich content/editorial calendar (including blog posts, eBooks, webinars, and infographics) that builds the AmeriEstate brand and improves SEO ranking.• Expertise in creating and deploying email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, email automated programs, and precise reporting, analytics, and attribution. Grow our email list organically.• Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence. Create shareable content appropriate for specific products to spread both our brand and our content.• Work with technical team to establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. Forecasts by channel to predict where sales come from and maximize budget for the highest ROI while achieving sales goals.• Own full-funnel sales forecasting and reporting for AmeriEstate products and services.• Provide detailed status reports and forecasts for weekly team meetings.
