With over ten years of experience in non-profit management and volunteer training I am passionate about supporting the development and growth of community-based organizations and individuals. I serve as the Campaign Chair of the Westfield United Fund and am responsible for working with the Executive Director and staff to structure the annual campaign, increase the visibility of the Fund in the community, and plan and execute donor events.I currently work as the League Administrator at Junior League of Elizabeth-Plainfield where I manage the day-to-day operations of the League, including website maintenance, grant applications, press releases, scholarship awards, and annual meeting arrangements. Additionally, I assist the League treasurer with financial tasks such as invoicing, processing funds, monitoring spending, and preparing reports. I have developed strong skills in non-profit fund development and volunteer management and I enjoy working with diverse and dedicated teams to create positive social impact. I am also the Teacher Mentor and Trainer at Bar Method Westfield, where I am responsible for preparing and coaching new teachers for certification and providing ongoing support to recently certified teachers.
