During the brand repositioning of Corian® Design in 2017, I was responsible to implement a new house style, set quality and specification standards and align on global level the brand experience, look & feel of all Corian® Design collaterals such as samples, sample display boxes, literature and branding tools, through collaboration with colleagues in NA, LATAM, EMEA and AP.

Responsible for the creative development, production and distribution through 3rd party web shop of high quality marketing collaterals for Corian® Solid Surface and Montelli® in EMEA, such as sample boxes, literature, merchandising items. Supplier Contract management of web shop provider.

Responsible for the practical organisation of fairs and events in Benelux; Back-office support for 3 field sales reps; Contact person for Marketing Communications tools towards direct customers; Lead management (from toll free number and websites) via SalesForce.com; Translations, proofreading and final checks of Dutch literature, pricelist, website, mailings.

Responsible for Marketing Communication quarterly planning & bulk production of Marketing Communication collaterals (brochures, samples, sample boxes) for EMEA customers, in collaboration with 3rd party. Evaluation of new/potential web shop partners.

Customer Service for customers in France, Spain and 1 European key account in Germany, Italy, France and Spain. Responsability for order, logistics and complaint handling. Implementation/Migration to SAP. Close collaboration with Demand planning and logistics partners.
