In a previous life, I sat through many terrible meetings. Where time was wasted, participants were disengaged, and I was mostly thinking about what I would have for lunch. I can’t stand wasted potential, and those experiences ignited my passion to tap into the collective intelligence in the room. My mission became clear: saving people from dreadful meetings.Today, I work with groups of all sizes to create energising, outcome-driven workshops where ideas flow, and every voice is heard. We might use conversations, LEGO, listening, Post-it notes, or even nature to spark ideas and gain new perspectives. My approach is always tailored to engage participants, helping teams generate fresh solutions and achieve meaningful outcomes.My work makes participants feel glad they attended and able to create lasting change by focusing on practical, actionable outcomes that truly make a difference.
