• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions including SQL Developer, .NET Developers, Java Developer, QA Testers and more.• Placing IT candidates in contract, contract to hire, and direct hire job assignments with a large variety of industries and companies.• Implement comprehensive recruiting strategies that consist of targeted job postings, networking, internet research, cold calling, social media networking, and resume database searches using Boolean search strings.• Work collaboratively with client hiring managers and HR representatives to qualify PMO requirements, discuss business objectives, determine staffing needs, and understand position specifications. • Led a team of application recruiters specializing in technical positions such as SQL Developers, SQL DBAs, Oracle Developers, Oracle DBAs, BI Developers, Data Analysts, Data Modelers, Data Architects, QA Engineers, Java Developers and more. This involved assisting with search strings and providing guidance on recruiting methods and best practices.• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates as well as current and previous contractors in order to ensure their satisfaction.• Promote company and recruit talent by attending career fairs, local Meetups, monthly IT User Group Meetings, and other applicable networking events.
