As Recruiting Coordinator, I manage critical aspects of the client-job application process, including portal submissions, outreach, and scheduling. Additionally, I perform research and data analysis by working with various CRM and application systems. Another expectation of my role is to source and recruit candidates for various client job openings in the finance and technology sectors.

As a manager for Lehigh Liners, I oversee activities of 45 student callers that conduct alumni outreach for the Lehigh Fund. My specific manager role is to educate and train student callers on the new online calling platform we have adopted in response to COVID-19. In addition, during shifts, I analyze data relevant to our new hires and current callers to provide feedback on performance. Before becoming a manager, I worked as a student caller and raised over $8,000 through alumni outreach for the university. Our Lehigh Liners team has reached its' annual goal of raising 1 million dollars by reaching out to over 2,500 alumni donors.

My role at Phone.com is to resolve customer inquiries regarding the company's cloud communication service on an online chat platform. I support approximately 100 customers per week with navigating the Phone.com platform, their account, and technical issues. On the online chat platform, I was able to assist up to 3 customers at a time, answering their questions and resolving issues within 15 minutes of contact.

As a Community Health and Preventive Medicine Intern, I conducted nursing assessments and provided a plan of care for patients of the Parish Nursing Department. In addition, I connected homeless individuals with traditional healthcare and community services to address their needs. I also researched the impact of COVID-19 on homelessness to improve the outreach methods employed by St. Luke's.

During the summer of 2019, I worked as an aide at a program for children and adults with special needs. At the program, I provided one to one support to a 10 year old girl with autism and limited verbal communication. In addition, I monitored the safety of 10 children, aged 7 to 10, on community outings and daily swimming trips. Throughout the day, I coordinated appropriate games, art projects, and physical activities for the children.
