This position is foundational to helping build up the Alumni Department at the AAC. This position works with the Alumni Council, Board of Trustees, multiple departments within the AAC as well as with the President's office. As Alumni Coordinator I represent Alumni at all functioning events, meetings, community gatherings that the AAC requires Alumni presence; create and implement educational outreach programming with Alumni and Students as well as the community. Manage and coordinate all Alumni events both within the AAC community and with outside community partners. Update and maintain Alumni contact information within the Alumni database; maintain and expand Alumni relations; maintain the Alumni Budget; investigate and strategize fundraising for the Alumni Association; and work with the Council to maintain, promote, and expand programming/projects that connect the Alumni to students and community.
