As Withum’s Director of Coaching and Talent Development, Caroline leads all coaching and talent development initiatives for the firm. She is deeply involved in team coaching, group coaching, one-on-one coaching, and success skills training and coaching. Caroline is passionate about guiding team members to find their professional paths to success and fulfillment, and fostering a dynamic, vibrant culture where all of our team members can thrive.Before transitioning to leading Withum's coaching initiatives, Caroline spent more than 15 years leading audit teams, performing audit fieldwork, supervising special audit projects and preparing financial statement reports. As a partner in Withum's Labor and Benefit Plan Practice Group, Caroline oversaw audit engagements for some of the Firm’s largest labor organization clients and had hands-on experience in the preparation of Forms LM-2, 5500, 990, and 990-T.Her extensive experience as a practicing CPA at all levels of the firm has equipped her with invaluable insights and knowledge. Caroline is able to integrate her experience in practice with her education, experience, and passion for coaching, investing in our team members, and fostering talent development in all aspects.
