Lead the marketing and sales support group for OneAmerica's Employee Benefits Division. Responsible for development and execution of marketing and communication strategy. Drive the development and implementation of worksite life and disability product marketing initiatives to enable field partners to effectively sell to producers/brokers. Oversee the writing, editing, and production of promotional marketing materials and their distribution through the use of tools such as ExactTarget and SalesForce. Standardize field support requests and collateral. Drive key business priorities through implementation to provide customers with value-added solutions and services.

- Initiated and led the planning and execution of integrated strategic direct marketing and e-marketing tactics supporting the Oncology brand teams’ consumer and healthcare professional campaigns. Managed internal and external relationships, acted as liaison between vendor partners and brand team partners to ensure successful consumer and healthcare professional campaign launches.- Directed the development and execution of on-line banner ads, e-newsletters, website design, paid search, and direct mail initiatives, aligned with brand strategy, during several Oncology launches. Tracked, analyzed, and reported results of all direct and on-line marketing tactics on a quarterly basis.- Managed a $20 million annual budget. Oversaw tracking and analysis of budget expenditures for 6 cost centers.
