An experienced consultant with over 20 years experience in the Financial Services sector, I'm now one of the Directors of Flame Learning & Development LTD. Established in 2012, Flame Learning was conceived to challenge the conventional approach to skills development training. Committed to driving true behavioural change, Flame Learning helps sales organisations to improve their results by building the skills of their people.I joined Flame Learning after 15 years at a global Management Consultancy firm where I focused on the selling, negotiation and delivery of multi-year multi-million dollar transformation programmes within the Financial Services sector. In later years, I also led Operations for the firm’s global Banking Industry team.At Flame Learning, I act as a Lead Consultant and co-ordinate some of our more complex multinational and digital programmes.
