• Execute and generate compliant purchase orders based on approved requisitions, requests for approval, bids, and other necessary documents related to the procurement of mechanical and electrical supplies, equipment, services, and material• Serve as the primary point of contact between DRS and 10+ suppliers• Facilitate any supplier issues, i.e. cost, quality, delivery, A/P holds and customer service• Maintain accurate files of all supplier agreements and related records• Track and report cost savings

After the acquisition of Sine Wall, I lost my job and could not find another right away. After a few months of unemployment, I realized I could just sit and hope the phone would ring or an email would come in. So I worked as a server at a local restaurant until the right opportunity came along.

• Continued duties from Inventure Civil as well as assisting in the transition of remaining Sine Wall projects into the Reinforced Earth Company “RECo” system which includes:• Set supplier expectations such as continuation of orders, changed processes, etc.• Merged product lines such as converting projects between different design systems• Collaborated with operations and engineering to inform RECo about standard operating procedures• Supported day to day operations around the office• Reported directly to Vice President, Procurement and Manufacturing

• Monitored and forecasted asset allocation, utilization, and steel reinforcement production rates• Managed all logistics operations which includes planning, coordinating and evaluating shipments to support project’s timelines• Assisted in a total of 35+ cradle-to-grave project life cycles of over 2 years as well as initiating life cycle for an additional 60+ open projects across 4 different project managers• Performed month-end inventory reconciliations• Provided support in conflict resolution between suppliers and customers such as providing supporting shipment documentation and order acknowledgements• Held bi-weekly meeting with Director of Operations, in which we discussed bottle neck issues in current supply chain processes, planned for supplier visit, meetings, and discussions, and assisted with monthly job costing and budgets

• Managed and collaborated on high-priority due diligence requests for management consulting clients• Identified and recruited experts for our clients’ requests using computer resources, which includes qualifying and assessing an expert’s fit for a project, and marketing expert’s experience directly to clients• Contacted experts by way of warm and cold-calling, email correspondence, industry and networking referrals, professional associations, and other relationships• Held weekly meetings with Client Manager, in which we pinpointed areas of improvement such as speed of recruitment, understanding of projects, and daily workflow• Completed client-interaction training, which included quality review of 3 months work and compliance training• Participated in Coleman Training Work Group, which was a group of 11 employees and Human Resources that identified training gaps in current positions, presented ideas to Executive and training team, and implemented approved training plans for all levels of employment
