Served as the Warden of the United States Disciplinary Barracks Complex and provided continuous safe, care, custody, control and rehabilitation of over 700 inmates. Served as Chief of Police and provided continuous law enforcement support and force protection to the Fort Bragg, NC daily community of over 250,000 personnel. Maintained liaison with supported commanders and various federal, state, and local enforcement agencies. Oversaw the organization's training and resource management.

Leader of a team comprised of 8 personnel responsible for the long range and strategic planning for theater detention operations ensuring success of emerging demands and presidential requirements. Established necessary collaboration with Rule of Law Field Forces-Afghanistan to track detainees in the Afghanistan court system to track viability of the developing criminal justice system. Oversaw all aspects of the organization's combat readiness, training and resource management. Responsible for providing trained and equipped Iraqi Police in 4 Iraqi Provinces to provide law enforcement within 12,000 square kilometers. Directed the effective collection and dissemination of police intelligence to maneuver commanders.

Responsible for the daily operations of the military police station and conduct fo all military police and force protection patrols supporting the community. Served as liaison for federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Oversaw the daily operations of the MP Desk and Records, Evidence Custodian, Investigations, K9, Traffic, School Resource Officers, AWOL Apprehension, Fleet, and Animal Control. Responsible for long range strategic planning, current operations, establishment standard operating procedures, and patrol officer training.

Senior manager for an 70+ person strategic asset unit responsible for the receipt, processing, maintenance, dissemination and transmittal of theater level detainee tracking and accountability. Required liaison with the International Committee of the Red Cross and Corps/Division Commanders.
