She has a wealth of knowledge and insight and a specific expertise in charity matters. She advises housing associations, charities and educational establishments in respect of corporate, constitutional, governance (including charity law) and regulatory matters. She has particular expertise in advising on governance issues, incorporation and registrations, operational legal matters and transfers and mergers.Caroline joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2022 having previously worked as a corporate solicitor in the private social healthcare sector and prior to that as a corporate and commercial solicitor working primarily with charities and educational establishments.Caroline is a member of the Charity Law Association.
