My vision is to enable our society to continue to evolve sustainably thanks to new technologies. I have spent a large part of my career in the field of low-carbon energy, and more recently limiting the negative impact of the e-commerce ready-to-wear industry.With more than 15 years of experience in intrapreneurial innovation and 4 years in entrepreneurial innovation, I know how to lead projects from ideation to industrialization. This allowed me to develop new commercial activities in the field of materials for batteries and fuel cells, and also in digital and tech.My dual business and scientific skills allow me first of all to understand customer needs and respond to them by implementing an appropriate strategy with technical and research teams.Agile, I worked on several projects in parallel in complex and matrix contexts. I progressed from R&D, to marketing and sales development, to lobbying.I prioritize people and prioritize team spirit. I managed R&D teams in 4 centers and sales in Europe, United States, Brazil, China, Korea and Japan. My leadership allowed me to lead my teams in the development and sale of our products internationally.Open to the world, I like to evolve in an international environment after working in research laboratories for 3 years in Japan enriched with a new culture.
