To date, this has entailed an internal audit of our core business, client base, and content. On an ongoing basis, the role involves planning and delivering inbound marketing campaigns for Rigorous Digital, as well as measuring and reporting on their performance on a monthly basis. One aspect of this is managing the Rigorous Digital social media profiles and communications in addition to producing valuable and engaging content for the Rigorous Digital website and blog. Other duties have included producing the monthly newsletter and monitoring and responding to potential new clients via live chat.

Monitoring attendance and educational progress, measuring impact of funded interventions, reporting, quality assuring educational plans, multi-agency working, advising schools and social workers, challenging where necessary to drive up standards and advocate the needs and entitlements of the child.

Originally starting as a Project Worker delivering Youth Club sessions around Gloucestershire including a six week healthy eating programme as well as peer mentoring projects and sessions in schools around minimising risky behaviours. I developed an interest in accreditation and alternative qualifications and transferred to working at the Youth Achievement Foundation, an alternative education provision, planning and delivering sessions, supporting students to build accreditation portfolios, supporting staff with the accreditation process and taking part in internal and external moderation.
