I inspect working processes, systems and practices to identify issues or flaws, draft recommendations and reports to improve service delivery in Probation and Youth Offending Trusts, in line with government priorities to raise standards. Also investigated high profile and politically sensitive complaints to improve the service provided by solicitors to asylum seekers. • Delivered against targets and objectives set both internally and by key external stakeholders for time, quality and throughput targets.
