In my 15+ years experience in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis including 8 years of supervisory experience along with my background in Behavioral Psychology and Special Education, I’ve acquired an extensive repertoire of skills that I have applied to training, mentoring, and supervising direct service providers, assistant supervisors, aspiring BCBAs, and new BCBA supervisors. I have been very committed to advancing the practice of the latest methods in evidence-based practices, bringing forth new methodologies into practice with my supervisees and clients. To say I’m enthusiastic about applying, teaching, and learning all things behavior would be an understatement: I have a B.F. Skinner magnet on my refrigerator and don’t even get me started about my bookshelf. My ultimate goal is to harness the impact of behaviorism to positively affect the lives of my clients, their parents, as well as the staff providing the ABA care.
