24 hours per weekResponsible for:Managing and controlling cash flowManaging loans against export Reconciling bank statements including foreign currency accountsCheque signatory Reconciling inventory for month end accountsAccounts payable - ensuring all invoices checked and approved. Making payment via bank system or chequeAccounts receivable - keeping an overview on debtors and applying payments from bank statements and from cheques received.

Processing monthly accounts which consists of :Ensuring all production has been entered into stock system and inventory balances with cold store reportEnsuring all debtors invoices have been processedEnsuring all creditor invoices have been processed and if not raise accrual for the general ledgerPreparing GST returnsPreparing PAYE returnsReconciling debtors, creditors, inventory, bank statements to the trial balance Finalising accounts to Financial Statement and Financial Performance each month.
